By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from utilizing our services.

Services Provided

Photography and Videography Services

Luxury Wedding Films & Photography offers a variety of services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our primary services include:

Pre-Wedding Photography: We provide engagement sessions, couple portraits, and styled shoots designed to capture the unique love story of each couple.
Wedding Day Coverage: Our wedding photography services encompass full-day coverage, including but not limited to:
Preparation: Capturing the moments as you get ready for your big day.
Ceremony: Documenting the exchange of vows and all the emotions involved.
Reception: Photographing the celebrations, speeches, and dances.
Portraits: Creating beautiful couple and family portraits to cherish forever.
Wedding Videography: Our videography services include:
Full-Day Coverage: Capturing the entire event from start to finish.
Highlight Reels: A short, edited video showcasing the best moments of your wedding.
Documentary-Style Films: A longer film that tells the complete story of your wedding day.

Custom Packages

We understand that every couple is unique, and so are their needs. Therefore, we offer custom packages that can be tailored based on your specific requirements. This includes the number of hours of coverage, additional photographers, or special requests for locations.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To secure our services, clients must complete the following steps:

Consultation: Schedule a consultation to discuss your wedding details, style, and preferences.
Contract Signing: Sign our service agreement, which outlines the scope of services and expectations.
Deposit Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to reserve your date. This deposit secures your booking and confirms our availability.

Payment Schedule

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before the event date. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including:

Bank transfer
Credit card payments
PayPal

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing.
Full Balance: If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your event, the full balance will still be due.

Rescheduling Policy

In the event that you need to reschedule your wedding date:

Notification: Please inform us as soon as possible.
Availability: We will do our best to accommodate the new date. However, rescheduling is subject to our availability.
Fees: An additional rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the circumstances and the timing of the request.

Client Responsibilities

Communication

Effective communication is key to a successful collaboration. Clients are responsible for:

Providing clear and timely information regarding event details, including timelines, locations, and specific requests.
Updating us about any changes in the schedule or venue as soon as possible.

Cooperation

We strive to capture your special moments, and we require the following cooperation from our clients:

Punctuality: Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments and shoots.
Schedule Adherence: Follow the agreed-upon schedule to ensure that we capture all key moments.
Venue Permissions: Ensure that any necessary permissions or permits are secured for photography at specific venues.

Image and Video Rights

Ownership of Content

All images and videos captured by Luxury Wedding Films & Photography remain the property of our company. Upon completion of your services, you will receive a license to use the images and videos for personal purposes, which include:

Sharing on social media platforms.
Printing for personal use.
Creating photo albums.

Usage Rights

Clients are granted unlimited personal use rights for all delivered images and videos. However, any commercial use of the images or videos requires prior written consent from Luxury Wedding Films & Photography. Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action.

Delivery of Images and Videos

Delivery Timeline

We take pride in our work and want to ensure that every detail is perfect. Therefore, our delivery timelines are as follows:

Digital Images: High-resolution JPEG images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the event date.
Wedding Films: Edited wedding films will be delivered within 8-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the edit and our current workload.

Format of Delivery

All delivered content will be provided in the following formats:

Images: High-resolution JPEG format.
Videos: High-definition MP4 format.
Delivery will be made through a secure online gallery and/or a USB drive, as mutually agreed upon

Liability

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional services, Luxury Wedding Films & Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes)
Accidents
Equipment failure
Illness or injury to staff

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find alternative solutions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Amendments to Terms

Luxury Wedding Films & Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
